  • Condition of Product: The carpet must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged. We cannot accept returns of carpets that have been altered or used.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
  • Timing: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the carpet.
  • Original Shipping Costs: In case of a return, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions

  • Custom Orders: Please note that custom orders are made to your specifications and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
